I bought a Dodge Grand Caravan last year, and it has been okay. The AC has not worked since day one. I brought it in, and the mechanic was confused. He recharged the system, but it didn't work. Now, when it rains, the sunroof leaks, so I have water stains all over the interior. I travel for work and leave the van sitting. I come back to puddles of water in the cup holders and center console storage.
Such a fantastic experience for our daughter buying her first car - Darcy was SO helpful and no-pressure. He was extremely respectful and courteous, without an ounce of condescension. They had many great options that were reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!!
⚠️UPDATE: BUYER BEWARE⚠️ Starting about 2-3 weeks after purchase the engine light came on, and I was burning oil. I took it back to them, and the mechanic said that the fuel pump & an oil line failed, promised to fix it. THEY DIDN'T AND LIED ABOUT THE ISSUE AND THEIR WORK! Turned out the turbo needed replaced, and I decided to go to the Ford dealership my family has used for over 15 years instead, I knew I could trust them at least.
