Picked up a used washer, they were great in holding the unit until we picked it up. Had picture that showed no damage when it was on the floor but when it arrived home had a side swipe at the bottom. The way it was transported and how we carefully loaded into the house, it was not caused by us. They moved the washer to wrap it and then loaded it into the trailer - we were not involved.
