Purchased 4 stools with auto return swivels. Within a month after the warranty expired one of the swivel mechanism failed completely. It does not spin at all and bearings fell out. The other chairs wobble excessively, its only a matter of time before they fail as well. I do not recommend this product because of this.

I love Canadel. We have their furniture in our current home and had a kitchen table in chairs from them in our last home. In fact, growing up my parents also had Canadel in our kitchen. Great quality!

horrible,,,,scractches, stain not to edge, pitted and wood shows through, haven't used it yet, they did replace one table top, the replacement is just as horrible.

DO NOT PURCHASE anything from Canadel. We ordered a custom dining room set about 4 years ago. It had so many hairline scratches in it just from using place mats. The company came out to look at it and would not claim any fault. The store that we bought it from completely agreed with us and said Canadel was difficult to work with and wouldn't own their mistakes or lack of quality delivered. Bought a Kitchen table and chairs less than a year ago, very dissatisfied with the table top. Anything you put on top of it leaves a mark, even finger prints do not wash off. Yet Canadel promotes the durability of it’s product. We reached out to them and Sprintz furniture store here in TN and both will not honor the warranty that they say they have. Disgusted and very disappointed.

Garbage...Got a beautiful table set (Dove white bottom and Weathered Grey washed top and very disappointed! Table scratches every time you barely set anything on it. Paint on bottom wearing on edges.Only a couple months old..I hate it now and I had so much wanted this set. Wish I never got it!! especially for this price! Took 3 different deliveries before they got it right..Sent different pieces.

I purchased 6 Canadel chairs - the 5050 series. The chairs are very poorly made. Within a year two of the chairs snapped and had to be repaired. One of those chairs broke again in its third year. Another chair is starting to show weakness. The design is terrible. You should be able to lean back on the chair without fear of it breaking. Terrible - kitchen table and 4 chairs. Three of the chairs were fine but the 4th was damaged. Took them 4 weeks to replace it. The table: anything hot on it and the table’s finish fades permanently. Called Canadel and they said I’d have to pay someone to refinish (sand and restain) the top of the table. Worst purchase (and very expensive) I ever made.
