They replaced a toilet seal. The invoice said that they went under the house and the flange was corroded. The flange is pvc and doesn’t corrode. I was at home the entire time,and no one went under the house. I was charged $632.45 for a toilet seal and one hour of labor. I called, they said my flange was cracked. I have pictures of my pvc flange.
I won't ever use this company again. They severely overcharged me for a small repair job. The quality of the work was okay but the cost was way out of line.
I am a widow trying to survive. $1993.16 in labor to replace a septic pump. They were on the job 3 hours. That's absurd. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I feel very taken advantage of.
