Terrible customer service. Edit in response to owner: i got yelled by the project manager and was told that black mold growing on the drywall does not constitute an emergency and that more mold won't grow more in a week. Which is a lie since those drywall soaked up water and it had severe water damage
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had a flooded basement, and Canada Restoration Services did an amazing job from start to finish. Roberto from the demo crew deserves special mention — he and his team were quick, efficient, and professional. They removed all the damaged drywall and cleaned up any mold with great attention to detail, and even took the time to carefully pack up everything that wasn’t damaged. Super helpful dealing with our water damage. Roberto explained everything clearly and had crew and equipment set up right away to deal with our emergency. Speedy, professional and reasonable. This company was recommended to me by a friend, and I would recommend them as well.
Zero recommendation. Delt with Roberto… had a remediation done, it didn’t pass the retesting of the air after, had to argue and fight to get them back in to properly do the job, which was agreed to be done after the third party testers spoke with this company. Pictured below is gym area after TWO wipe downs. Zero communication by workers and 3x the cost of another company (the ones we had to bring in to properly do the job). In our opinion, we’d recommend staying away from these guys.
We are having to hire another company to redo the job as there is still a mouldy odour present, and I’m still having health issues. Had a post remediation IAQ test done that didn’t pass, when I sent the report to the project manager, it was like pulling teeth to get them to follow the recommendations that were outlined to complete the cleaning.
