Alex was very accommodating with our aircon problem, came to look at our Mitsubishi unit and helped us even though we had bought the unit 14 years ago.

My husband and I had an issue with our hot water heater. We reached out to Alex and he responded immediately, at 2:00am from his vacation. He sent someone over right away and they were able to quickly assess the issue. They made sure everything was in good working condition before leaving. We highly recommend Alex and his team.
I had a last minute emergency with a suspected gas leak and my gas was shut off. At first, I had contractors from Reliance come to check on the gas supply line and the connected appliances who were completely useless and trying to gouge me. I called Alex at 6pm and he was at my house by 8pm and assured me he could have this fixed within 24 hours.
