Amazing experience at the Oakville location with Alfredo. He was patient and very knowledgeable when going through all the different designs, colours and features. We even showed him a picture of our space and he was more than willing to take his time and help us find the perfect size and colour couch that complimented our living room. Delivery was scheduled on time and with care. The couch has exceeded our expectations in every way since it was delivered and we get compliments on it by everyone who comes over. Just received delivery on my custom chair! OH! MY GOD!!! Absolutely fantastic! Definitely a generational piece forsure. Looove it!!! Quality is second to none!! Team was great, patient while i decided on colour and accents... sent samples to my door with no issues ( i live 2hrs from their closest brick and mortar) Chair had a couple blemishes; minor ones, I'm guessing due to the shipping... things happen.
