We ordered two bar stools and a large ottoman. We were introduced to Alfredo at the start of the selection process, and he was a delight to work with - knowledgeable, professional and always responsive to our questions, no matter how minor. We came to this location after purchasing from the Bolton location in 2022 because it’s closer to our house. Shockingly, even though years had passed, Alfredo recognized us right when we walked in and even referred to my husband by name! We ended up purchasing pieces for our nursery here as well as refill an heirloom non-Boss leather couch and cushions because we prefer their down. And we purchased more artwork. BEAUTIFUL piece of furniture. Boss is your first and last stop for high quality custom luxury leather furniture. Infinite choices. Excellent selection. Artisans pay strict attention to detail. Seams in the back of the cushions line up perfectly with the seams on the frame. Staff are VERY courteous, professional and patient. Shout out and many thanks to Alfredo and Roberto. Delivery was perfect and my sofa was packed with care. LUVLUVLUV!!!

Wow, we cannot say enough good things about Boss Leather. After being sick for two weeks in December and spending a lot of time on our old couch, we realized it was time to upgrade. We had the pleasure of going in and dealing with Alfredo who was fantastic! After we left my husband and I joked on our way home that we wished he could sell us everything our next car, our next home, our insurance lol.
