Basic clean budget hotel
Poor customer service. Booked in expedia filtered with kitchenette. When I called to confirm, I was told that the room I booked doesn’t have kitchenette on it. But in expedia, they advertise the room with a kitchenette and even show photos of it. When I told the hotel about it, they made it seem that the problem is between me and expedia. And I’m the one to call expedia instead of them fixing it with expedia. Ended up just cancelling my 15 days reservation and they don’t seem to care about it.
