Stayed here 1 night on route to Edmonton. Had a room with mountain view which was nice, until a coach bus parked horizontally 5ft away from my window, fully blocked the view from 6 rooms along the ground floor. I called front desk and politely asked if they would contact the driver and have him move the bus to the other side and away in the corner (there was ample room) to which the lady on the phone said um idk, mumbled some stuff and hung up on me. We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, right off the highway and close to everything and yet quiet w lots of parking. Check in was quick and easy. And even w a tourist bus and quite a few quests it was quiet as they seemed to spread everyone out nicely. Everything in the room was clean and in working order.
The front desk lady lied and told us they do not provide ice bags when we requested them in the evening yet they were restocked in the morning. They also left all the exterior doors propt open till around 9pm and some maintance staff were not in uniform so you would have no way to know if it were staff, guests or randoms in the hallways.
