This room was....a tad rough. Barely clean enough. Just don't look in the corners or along the baseboards or under anything. Fairly strong smell of stale cigarettes. Free breakfast was pretty bad.
If you arrive after 11:00pm you don't get a room, cause the office is closed.
Unfortunately encountered dishonest staff at this hotel, my husband stayed here for a work trip and left his new AirPods behind in the room, when locating them the location showed the hotel and then they moved to a local home and we had asked the hotel staff to follow up on this and never heard back.
It's a cheaper hotel, and it's definitely a little bit dated. The rooms definitely smelled a little bit smokey. But the location is good, and it's a more affordable option to stay in a high end town like Fernie.
