Absolutely amazing service! Five out of five hands-down. Went above and beyond the call of duty. Will use time and time again and will definitely be referring to any family friends or clients!!! You will not be disappointed.
I had my ducts cleaned, and immediately afterward, my furnace stopped working. When I inquired about the issue, the person in charge was rude and started shouting instead of providing an explanation. This lack of professionalism and accountability was disappointing. I do not recommend their service.
Based on another recent review, it seems like CBD no longer cares about honouring its commitments or communicating to its customers. I found out about CBD through a recommendation. We tried to book appointments over email and phone, I left multiple emails or voicemails but no callback. Eventually, I got someone over the phone and booked appointments at 2 properties. On the day of the appointments, no one arrived. I called 15, 20, 30, 45, 90 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start but no answer.
