I had my ducts cleaned, and immediately afterward, my furnace stopped working. When I inquired about the issue, the person in charge was rude and started shouting instead of providing an explanation. This lack of professionalism and accountability was disappointing. I do not recommend their service.

Based on another recent review, it seems like CBD no longer cares about honouring its commitments or communicating to its customers. I found out about CBD through a recommendation. We tried to book appointments over email and phone, I left multiple emails or voicemails but no callback. Eventually, I got someone over the phone and booked appointments at 2 properties. On the day of the appointments, no one arrived. I called 15, 20, 30, 45, 90 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start but no answer.

The staff were very professional and did and amazing job. We will definitely continue to use this company in the future and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Canada’s Best Duct Ltd and look forward to seeing you in the fall.
