They are excellent to deal with and their products are normally up to par if not better than other companies. Also the fastest turn around times I've been able to find.

Edit June 2025 Finally they acknowledged my issues after I contacted a home inspector. The installer with Canada Windows and Doors was amazing. His long standing experience made a huge difference. He gave us a good explanation as to why the seal kept failing and he's very hopeful that this new window will be great. And he told us if it happens again, call us, we will fix it. Thank you Canada Windows and Doors. We had a large window installed, $3800 in 2022, within days the seal let go and started to frost and fog in between ... read more

We had a large window installed, $3800 in 2022, within days the seal let go and started to frost and fog in between the panes. It was replaced and the second one did the same. The contractor hasn't said anything about replacing the second one. It's ridiculous that I paid this much for a large window that has a 20 year warranty and nobody is looking at this issue. I was told that because I cook in my kitchen, that window will always lose its seal. Every time winter comes along, I have to see this extremely ugly picture window... read more

Not happy. Bought a new glass door for our new deck last yr. Been contacting them all yr bc the glass fogs up, condensation on inside of door, there's even their workers finger prints on the inside of the glass!. Couldn't even see thru it, this brand new door..we have to switch out the glass ourselves??? This makes no sense to me, I want the door I paid for without us having to work on it. It was a almost 2000.00 dollar door. The end of last summer and all winter, the door had so much fogginess that u couldn't see out.
