Our dog Cabo had to spend 4 nights in their care with pneumonia. While it was a very scary situation the staff made us feel as good as we could. We could see how well he was being taken care of on our visits and how much he loved the staff. He's back home now safe and sound thanks to their expertise and care. We couldn't be happier with the care they provided.
Disgusting place ever as hospital, it just big scam business if u want more my experience about Canada west, all documents and video can provided it to you, My baby cat in 2018 June/28 having whole in her long I toke it there, she had that problem for over 6 years they supposed to do the surgery as they mentioned to me for $6000 to stay over there to next 4 days after surgery that would be $6000, but the next day on June/29 killed her and they bill me $12,500. Incredibly compassionate and professional team. Brought my cat here very early morning. I was worried about poisoning. They reassured me and cat was okay.
Having access to this facility and their amazing vets & staff is a lifesaver for our cat, as well as a neighbour's cats when things go wrong and need to be addressed quickly. Special thanks to Dr Jolin Su who has helped our cat through several crisis situations recently. Nothing but great experiences with this facility over many years for emergency care, scans, and specialist appointments. Big thank you to all the staff and vets!
