John was extremely rude when i had problems with a brand new trailer I just purchased
Purchased April 2022. To say we are dissapointed is an understatement. Disgusted by this paint and prep. Next time we will buy an N&N or Sure-Trac.
Brand new trailer has a big cut on the main frame rail and one of the deck boards doesn’t have a single screw holding it down Return it to the dealer? That’s a 5 hour round trip who is going to cover that? Did the trailer get checked out before it left the factory because if it was i don’t think they would have left a board not secured to the trailer? It shouldn’t just be a contact the dealer in your reply it’s not a joke that it went 2.5 hours down the highway with a board that had nothing holding it down.
