Honnêtement ! Je crois que j'ai reçu le pire service a la clientèle ! Aucun suivi de leur commande ! Après une demande de suivi je me fais dire que ce sera prêt quand ce sera prêt. Au téléphone, ils sont très dure a joindre d'ailleurs, j'ai eu droit a l'insolence d'un employés me disant qu'ils n'ont pas juste ma commande a gérer alors que je voulais seulement savoir si elle était prête au ramassage. Absolute nightmare, first off was told 3 weeks for the delivery of my cover. In the end it took 10 weeks to get it and I had to follow up several times to find out the status. When I finally got delivery and installed it, I realized that it was about 1-2 inches too small plus the clips to connect it to my spa were on the wrong side, despite the fact that I sent them the copy of invoice of my spa purchase which had the details of the year and model. Poor quality, unresponsive, no customer service, don’t honour their own guarantee. I’ve been telling them since March that the cover they delivered is both defective - warped, it doesn’t sit flat so there are gaps between it and the spa - and the wrong radius. I ordered a 10” and they sent a 6”, and are adamant that I’m wrong: either my spa is not an Artesian - it is - or the radius is not 10, because Artesian doesn’t make a 10”-radius spa.
