They were very unreliable. Had to bug them three or four times to get a contract sent to me before cleaning day. Then they didn't do a bunch of the things on the work order, and others they did very poorly (supposed to vacuum the furniture, instead laid a blanket on top of the cat fur). Then, after telling them I wasn't going to have them back, they told me the house was extra dirty and needed more work.
