I had an incredibly frustrating experience here. The last time I came, I was told my urine sample was “too diluted,” and I ended up waiting at the facility for over 3 hours to complete the test. This time, I was told it wasn’t concentrated enough. It feels like no matter what I do, there’s always another issue. Horrible place lies to your employer ... staff is rude dont use this business pick a different one they told me my pee was too concentrated then told my employer it was too diluted like this place should be shut down already alot of better drug testing companys and that snotty lady at the front is definitely rasict told her I was native and got treated differently right after that funny you were nice when I appeared white too you....
Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time with an uncomfortably full bladder…. Technician very abrupt; I observed no care nor thoughtfulness in my experience here Why do they ask their clients to take their shoes off?
Went there because of work for an injury. Head nurse looked at me but 2nd and 3rd time she just asked questions. At 3rd time I still couldn't move the way the job requires but because I can lift 50lbs without moving my arms from a squat position she insists I'm good to go. I can't lift 10 pounds out sideways or over my head. She has no bedside manners. Would definitely not recommend or go back
Probably best if you find a different business. Seems like they have every excuse to not take your money. Maybe they got lots of business and it’s an inconvenience for them not sure.
