I have been here twice before to the post office and it's been chaotic. I seem to continuously be stuck behind people who are opening up a business for the first time and mailing 100 things over seas or doing complicated money transfers on the phone and in line and the staff wont help the person behind, or another time 3 men were signing business papers and each on three different calls and shaking hands doing strange business transaction deals while holding the line for 20 minutes (I wish I was kidding). All the Employee's and all the Services at The Canada Post Service depot at The Yorkdale Shopping Mall in The Shoppers Drug Mart Store are all helpful of Excellent Quality Parnone!!! 👍

I had the worst & terrible experience on Monday night. I have never met this kind of employee in the last couple of years . She is very rude and unprofessional. I felt kind of racism too. I went there to submit my id for a credit card application. She wantedly keep on saying that there are spaces in your name ..blah blah. I sincerely request the store manager to give her a couple of weeks training on how to handle customers. I really never expected these kind of behaviour from canada post employee. It was pathetic.
