Wow, overpriced to ship , no wonder Canada Post is struggling. Besides the high rate to ship a package , they gouge you with an additional $5.99 fee for gas tax plus the tax on top of that. It is as almost not worth returning the product I ordered
I came today 10:30am and had few items to return. Immediately DAWAL was already coming off annoyed I had 2 Canada post labeled items an 3 Amazon qr items. He tried not to give me the labeled receipts after he tried to put 3 items into a tiny plastic bag and use one QR code. I said politely that they’re 3 different items, usually 3 different bags so it doesn’t get mixed up affecting my refund. Worst service ever
Dhawal provided great service. I was confused and he explained me everything. Even though it was quite busy he answered all my questions. Appreciate that.
This was a while back but Dawal was a fantastic postal rep who went beyond and above to find a cheaper way of sending mail for me.
