I drove here, parked, came back, and the building access was locked on all doors. To retrieve my vehicle, I had to go through the overhead door which almost fell on me. Two security guards watched this whole thing and walked off. Then I went to my vehicle, tried to exit, and the same overhead door now fell on my vehicle roof. I met the manager in person to show them what happened due to the safety issues here. He agreed responsibility fell on them and explained for me to go through my insurance for their insurance to handle.... read more
