They are great at selling, teflon when things go wrong and things will go wrong.
My wife and I purchased a full outdoor kitchen that included counter top, grill, side burner, sink and fridge. The first time we used the Lynx grill rotisserie it failed after 2 hours. Unfortunately the after sales support from the local representative from Canada Outdoor Kitchens in Kelowna was very disappointing. He was rude, argumentative, and spoke down to me. We had a GREAT experience with Ernie and his crew. Cabinets arrived earlier than expected and Ernie came out personally to help with the install. I had an igniter failure on our Lynx and he dropped a new one off at our house on his way through. WHO does that??? I highly endorse Canada Outdoor Kitchens to anyone looking for a top quality product and installation.
Very helpful in designing the outdoor kitchens that I’ve required for multiple sites in the Okanagan area.
This was by far the worst experience we have ever had… We were talked to in a poor manner, disregarded and now sending us a part and telling us to figure it out. Will never buy from this company again.
