Very disappointing experience. I paid Canada Notary in full for notarization and DHL delivery of my original passport copy to Spain. Despite confirming multiple times by email that the document would be sent, they have not shipped it and have not responded to several follow-up emails over many days. This delay is causing serious issues for my immigration process, and the lack of communication is unacceptable for a service involving legal documents and international deadlines.
