I have hired Canada Moving twice in the past couple of months. Both times the requests were time sensitive. I was able to reach someone right away and they were very helpful. They picked up and delivered medical beds from one personal care home to another within the city. They were fast, professional and accommodating. I will definitely be calling Canada Moving again! 😊

The delivery was scheduled for a specific time, but the drivers arrived earlier than agreed and were unable to reach me, leaving only a note instructing me to contact the office. As a postal services technician, I have a clear understanding of how to organize processes efficiently and prevent such situations in the future. I can take on the optimization and setup of operations - but this would come at a professional rate . Not impressed. Delivered a washer and dryer purchased from Home Depot. First delivery.....dryer was scratched. Refused delivery based on that. Received a new dryer and Home Depot used the same moving company. Delivery was included in my purchase. I was sent an email that delivery was going to be between 5pm and 9pm. Due to a storm in my area the day before, I was out cleaning snow in my rural yard so truck had no issues. We had Mike and his crew recently move some precious archives. Not the easiest move but this crew was amazing. They were on time, focussed and cared for the items as their own. Will definitely use this company again. Della M
