We are a start up retailer company and happened to purchase our initial products through this seller SPA Parts Guys, without knowing what we were going to get ourselves in to. There is no customer service. No phone calls will be responded. There is no email address available and the online form ends up not responded. I made a few purchases here, and always the shipment was extremely fast and the prices quite reasonable. The last time I bought filters for the hot tub, they fit but didn't work particularly well. So, when I received the email asking to make a review, I did, and I was honest, gave it just one star, and explained the reasons. They didn't publish my review, nor did they attempt to explain it, my review just vanished.
