So grateful for hanging my laundry doors, new closet door and the garden wall....great job
Although the work completed was fine and the technician and his apprentice were pleasant, the communication from the back office was not up to par. I received a second pricing quote 3 days after the job was completed for $100 less than what I paid and had been originally quoted. Needless to say I was not happy about it. The toilet was taken off and reinstalled as requested. I am hoping that this was done properly and there are no more issues. They were recommended to us by friends so I didn’t request an estimate up front. I felt that I was overcharged. If you use them, make sure you get an estimate first. I was charged $45 for diagnosis. The problem did not need to be diagnosed, I simply requested that the toilet be removed and reinstalled.
