Today, someone broke into my locker and stole my credit and debit cards. I reported the incident to the reception, but the management told me that the only protection available is the combination lock I used — which the thief was apparently able to break easily. I had raised concerns about locker security when I first joined the gym and pool, but I was told it was my responsibility to secure my belongings. I am not one who normally posts reviews, but this centre is in bad need of new management. The manager is completely non responsive to any attempts to reach her. I am shocked at the total lack of accountability/professionalism and apparently, I am not the only one who feels this way. Sad state of affairs for a once great community centre.
