Nice pool, but the bathrooms need to be cleaned better. There is always a lot of hair on the floor and the type of floor they have makes it always wet and slippery

Today, someone broke into my locker and stole my credit and debit cards. I reported the incident to the reception, but the management told me that the only protection available is the combination lock I used — which the thief was apparently able to break easily. I had raised concerns about locker security when I first joined the gym and pool, but I was told it was my responsibility to secure my belongings.
