They came well recommended and did not disappoint! Ordered Sympathy Flowers to be delivered to Forest Lawn for the Visitation and Service and the floral arrangement was beautifully done with fresh flowers and delivered appropriately. Arrangement looked great & grand. Excellent florist that knows their business!
Beautiful flowers BUT poor execution on delivery day. Ordered flowers for viewing and funeral. Flowers were NOT delivered for viewing but only for funeral. I didn't receive a phone call about the delay until the morning of the funeral, I was told that the order was forgotten amidst their wedding orders and then they were too busy to get around to the flowers in time for the viewing. Good varieties and availability but a little pricey, I kept going back for convenience reason. It's located just right next to the cemetery where I visit every time I go to Burnaby B.C.
The flowers are fresh and in good condition. The prices are reasonable. I never have a problem finding a bouquet that I like.
