From the time we walked in the store, we were made to feel important. The store was about to close and we arrived and most of the lights were off. Drago was getting ready to go, and he turn all the lights on and answer all of our questions as we were trying to decide whether to purchase a used hot tub or a brand new hot tub. I cannot be more eager to write a review for this company. I never know buying a hot tub would require so much knowledge and things to do. We were about to pour the concrete next day when we visited them. I thought I will just look around while waiting for the concrete to be finished. Turned out the is new requirement to install a copper ring under the concrete, and many other requirements (how far from AC and the wall etc…). For years I dreamed of owning a Hot Tub. Not just a hot tub, but honest to goodness Hydrotherapy! Little did I know just how much of a difference it has made in my life.
