Nice clinic with great staff.
Tried to book an appointment. Extremely dissatisfied with booking agent. Would not book both mammogram and ultrasound despite doctor’s requisition. Initially suggested mammogram and a new requisition for ultrasound? So two appointments?? Suggested that doctor had to request ultrasound under “clinical history”. Had previously been to this clinic, requisition was based on previous results from this clinic. Booking agent didn’t care. Extremely negative experience.
The staff are friendly and accommodating from the time they called me to book an appointment.The place is clean as well.The staff made sure you are entertained. i want to say thank you particularly to Julie who was there to assist me and explain everything to me the process of biopsy.She made sure i am comfortable and i understand everything.If not for her i think i will walk away so thank you so much it help me a lot.thank you guys for your service.
