I took my mom for ultrasound, lady who did ultrasound was very rude and insensitive. When my mom asked for clean paper so she can wipe herself she refused to give and said use sheet to wipe
The service I received from start to finish was impressive. The first location at Rabbit hill road was kind enough to find and book me the soonest opportunity for my test at 109street. Thanks to you all for your kind, professional and friendly service. It is greatly appreciated
Friendly efficient and professional staff
I really like this place The staff are very friendly and professional I had a bone density, a mammogram, and a ultrasound done and the staff were quick and efficient The receptionists were also helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location any time
The staff at 109th st is always welcoming, pleasant, helpful and reassuring. They make what could be an unpleasant experience “not so bad”! I am sure there are other locations that are also good but I will probably never know because this is where I always want to rebook!!
