Wow I've never had such a pleasant experience getting imaging. All the staff were supportive and compassionate to me while I am in a vulnerable state. They offered additional imaging based on my symptoms as well. The kindness that the front staff showed me was touching as well. I could tell everyone here really cares. Thank you so much.

All of the staff from the call center agent, to the reception staff at the West CDC, the nurses, and of course my doctor, Dr. Palathinkal......they are all so friendly, and very welcoming.i love all of them. And wherever Dr. Palathinkal go, I will go also.
This location was super easy and quick. I arrived about 45 mins ahead of schedule assuming I would have paperwork to complete. No paperwork, they brought me to the back waiting area so I wouldn't have to get up again with a busted leg. I was in the exam room 25mins before my schedule appointment start time and I was leaving the building just 5 mins after my appointment time. Easy, kind, organized and pleasant.
