I had a pelvic ultrasound appointment booked at 11am July 17th here at CDC 119 st. Mira Health Centre. Having to drink 4 large glasses of water one hour before the exam and then being made to wait over 45 minutes (without relief) is a bit much. It’s not busy here. There were two people ahead of me. Three more came in after me. I’m still sitting here waiting, in pain. It’s now 11:45am.
The staff were very helpful & considerate of my medical needs. Thank you for your support.
I waited all of 2 minutes in the lobby and the tech was ready for me before I was even finished tying the dressing gown. This team is the perfect amount of friendly without being overwhelming! The technologist was knowledgeable when answering my questions and she made what could have been an uncomfortable appointment, feel really comfortable and non-invasive. Definitely recommend this location!
Excellent service all around. The doctor who performed my procedure was incredible i didn't feel a thing. Thank you to everyone.
