Excellent staff both at the reception/support and specialist providing the treatment. Strongly recommend them.
Have only ever had one rough injection, and I've had many. I've also had other services. I now live in SW but will use this location any time I can. Paula and Kaleesa are two particularly lovely, lovely people to work with.

I had an ultrasound test on my kidneys and bladder today. The technician who performed the test was very kind and friendly, and made the entire process very comfortable. Very nice people and place!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. One of the most striking issues is the complete lack of diversity among the staff, particularly the absence of any Black sonographers. In a field that serves such a wide and diverse community, this raises serious concerns about inclusivity and representation.
