I showed up on time for my appointment. They did not check in me correctly and I waited for 45 minutes. Once they realized the mistake they did not rectify it, proceeded to allow walk ins come before me and the front staff did not if lent the technicians at the back, thinking I showed up very late for my appointment. Did not demonstrate good communication. Would not recommend this CDC site
Excellent staff both at the reception/support and specialist providing the treatment. Strongly recommend them.
Have only ever had one rough injection, and I've had many. I've also had other services. I now live in SW but will use this location any time I can. Paula and Kaleesa are two particularly lovely, lovely people to work with.
