I had an excellent experience with CDC Ellerslie. I was as a walk-in for an injured hand and was seen in a timely manner. The reception staff are friendly, and the technologist was very professional and skilled. While a small detail, everyone verified my ID. Kudos for patient safety!

I had my 19 week anatomy scan today, and although it was a long appointment (what with waiting for the baby to move into position), my ultrasound technician, Megan, made it a very enjoyable experience! Would highly recommend her!!
I had a very positive experience at the clinic today. I was greeted with a smile and very pleasant receptionist. A short wait until I was in the change room. Diagnostic staff were very friendly and explained each step of the process. The only negative thing was that the waiting room areas were very chilly especially while waiting for the next exam in a hospital gown.
Today I had an appointment scheduled for an X-Ray at 10:20 AM. I made arrangements at work and arrived well before the scheduled time. However, I ended up waiting until 11:00 AM without any update. When I asked the front desk, I was told there was a long wait and no clear estimate of when I’d be seen. Due to my limited time away from work, I had no choice but to cancel the appointment and leave without getting the X-Ray done.
