Was at this clinic today, very satisfied, all staff are professional. Smiling front desk, and nice doctors.
I like it the stuff is very friendly and everything is clean and nice
my appointment was at 3:45, i got to the clinic at 3:35 and checked in, completed all the paperwork necessary, it was around 4pm and i asked the from desk when id be seen because its already 4pm, she asked if i was late and i told her i was not late whatsoever, she then confirmed to me that my exam room was empty and thought they had seen me already, i did not get into my appointment until 4:20. I’m so disappointed!!!
The appointment was for my 9 year old grandson, he had never had any medical procedures until this chest x-ray. He was very nervous, not knowing what to expect. The staff was very kind to him & told him in advance exactly what they were going to do & really put him at ease. They made the experience very positive for him.
Outstanding service. The staff were very professional, kind, and organized. Everything was quick and smooth. I truly appreciate their care and highly recommend this diagnostic centre.
