I appreciated the staff treating me like I mattered and explaining to me what they were doing and what was happening during my appointments. That was truly the first time I didn't feel like I was an imposition on someone's time and that my concerns were heard.
Had an appt scheduled for a week out, called to see if they had anything sooner and they booked me next day. Clean office, friendly staff and tech and quick appt. Results were sent same day.
The clinic was clean, and welcoming, the reception girls were very nice. The woman that did my ultrasound was amazing. I think her name was Jade. I may be mistaken. She was so friendly and compassionate. Thats rare to find these days. I was welcomed with warmth and a clear understanding of what she was going to be doing. I would definitely recommend this place. Its nice to be able to leave some where and feel good about the experience.
