This is in contrast to my last experience that I was certain was at Windemere but when I read the alberta health record it is stated as Ellerslie. I haven't been in for an appointment yet so this review is of their booking system (Mika?) and the phone booking system. Regarding Mika... This system presents one question at a time which makes a 2 minute form filling process take at least 10 minutes. It seems like the process is designed such that the answer to one question would determine what the next question should be but the questions seemed random.
