Highly disappointed in the customer service. They’re running an AD on instagram and i’ve contacted the account and i was told i was going to get contacted by one of the team members during business hours, but sadly i was left on seen and i haven’t been contacted back regarding some wheels. I was extremely stoked to take a look at the options, but sadly the customer service just isn’t there. Honestly would have been good service if i was contacted and actually spoken to. Had a great experience shopping for wheels and tires for my car. Dave was very helpful. I was considering buying my wheels and tires online but I wanted to make sure they were going to fit right with the offset. Then there's spacers involved and then there's special nuts that are going to fit inside the wheel. Dave was able to get me a price that was very comparable without me having to figure any of that crap out. Needed to replace the control arms in my truck. David still squeezed me in despite their super busy work load just to help me out. These guys do great work and are very transparent when explaining the work that needs to be done.
