Received the part alright, the part didn't work. The sales are final, I am mixed about my experience. Next time I will shop with Wolf Auto Parts, a bit more expensive, but at least some sort of return and warranty policy.
Do not buy from them. They are dishonest and will not give you the correct parts.

FIVE stars for the items I recieved (good quality) ONE star for customer service (terrible) I have placed two orders from these guys totalling about 8 items. All the items were in good condition and worked fine but one was not what was listed/pictured on the website. Reached out to them regarding BCM they listed online that matched my 2013 Jetta TDI . Response was quick . Orderd the product , took them over a day to package and ship it . After I emailed them , they apologized for the delay . Received the product , had garage install didn’t work . They said BCM i ordered was faulty . Sent two emails asking about the process they have/use to make sure these units are in working condition, there was no response. No email back , saying anything .
