Their driver backed into my car and drove off. Todd from safety and compliance always says he will call back with an update but never does, I always had to follow up. They didn’t want to assist saying they don’t know which truck hit my car. Luckily there was a witness and ICBC forced them to provide the details that they told me they didn’t have.
