Very rude ba.ldispatcher he thinks he owns the compony very disrespectful towards outside carriers.
This is a company I work for, it is ok but there is a lot of room for improvement
I doubt I will get a response. But their delivery drivers need tobe sorted throught and some FIRED!.. Today I experienced one kinda nice one another the other man was impatient and rude. Whatever happened to costumer care, Thank god I am not an elderly person. Needed to reschedule with these people so I can get my washer in the basement so it not blocking my bathroom and basement doors nevermind the entrance to my living room. They didn't have time for me to take out a few screws to make the basement entrance 2 inches larger... read more
