Would not recommend dealing with this firm, as a customer(if I was accepted), I have the right to ask questions and clarify where I was keeping my car, after all it's not free, I am paying to keep it there. Just cause I was trying to ask if I can get in 6 month down after storage to add more Bounty sheets to keep mice away, Joseph got mad and said "I refuse to take your car" and when I asked why, he said he has the right to refuse. I would like to recommend Canada Car Storage because this business met and exceeded our expectations. Joe and his team members are reliable and professional. I really appreciated their exceptional service - in terms of accommodating our requests and meeting our specific needs. From the point of first contact until our vehicle was retrieved, I was impressed and relieved. They provide a trustworthy service.

Although I was ready to share the positive results from other clients, I am disappointed to report that a significant scratch on the underside of the front bumper was discovered after pick up. The owner disavowed any knowledge of how this could have occurred. I am concerned that additional mechanical damage may have occurred and will now need to have the vehicle inspected.
