We received very similar treatment as Ollvia did recently. Lies after lies, and to top it off they created more damage to the vehicle in which they are not taking responsibility. I encourage Ollvia and others similar cases to take action with Consumer Affairs on Fort Hood to backlist this company, and to make a report to the BBB.
My experience with them has been nothing but awful. I was lied to, insulted, and threatened. They don't care about anything but cashing you check as fast as they can. I wish I could give them 0 stars. At this point we are considering legal action. If this was the last body shop on earth just fix it yourself.

What a nightmare!!! Been three months and car still isnt done! Couldnt tell you how many times i was told my car was done then after driving across 2 towns to pick it up it wasnt evan close!!! Had to fix my dear lease truck just to have a vehicle after my rental ran up in 30 days. Other shops have told me this car should have been totaled.... would you feel safe driving your family in this car?
Steer clear of this place! My husband and I took our vehicle there to have it repaired after a minor accident. The people there were very accomodating. They told us the repair would take a few days and even offered a loaner vehicle. We though this was going to be a great experience. We should have seen the signs that we were wrong when the loaner didn't even make it down the street. But we figured, "Oh well, the loaner was just going to be an added bonus anyway."
