Terrlble experience. We were lured by an ad on the FB market place for a countertop at $500 by someone named Tom Liu. He told us that the total cost of measurement, delivery and installation is $1000 (total $1500). We met with Tom on a weekend in front of Canaan Stone (which Tom claimed as "our factory"), showed us the stone slab, and we came to a verbal agreement to finish the job. Poor communication Unreliable Did not finish the job
Well, when all is going well all are undergoing and happy but when the wrong stone is cut no one speaks english and answers calls. I have to admit that Tina had the best intentions of resolving the issue but no specific were offered.
