Great company great customer service
Billing and rate changes are the worst I’ve ever delt with. I pay the bill, they claim they never received it so I started sending the payment signature required so I knew it was received. This worked until I had to send verification of insurance, Nancy signed so I knew it was received but they continued to charge me their insurance fee of $13 a month. I called letting them know I sent verification of insurance and that that received it, they said they have no record of insurance. I then had my insurance agent email them a c... read more
They were very nice to work with
K.o storage is the worst storage company they overcharge and keep adding on extra fees and now if you pay by a debit card by want a 20.00 processñg fee this is ridiculous I will not refer this company to anyone.
