I haven't been through there in years, but it appeared to be pretty much run down. We were out looking at parks for my wife's cousin, and this park didn't pass the test. To be fair, this appears to be true, with the exception being Enchanted Acres on Parsons Ave. of most of the central Ohio parks
This is a trailer community. Lots are rented on a monthly basis, but it is not a place to set up your RV for the night or a couple of days. People live here year round. It is not for camping.
Been here 3yrs every yr they raise rent this time 125 dollars no trailer park should cost this much after you pay for your trailer and up keep. Everyone hates everyone out here i talk to 1 person they tell about the other then vise versa its crazy. The park needs alot of work done and constley raising rent is not the answer to fix everthing i would figure there is enough profit to make off everyone out here without bleeding is dry.
