Been here 3yrs every yr they raise rent this time 125 dollars no trailer park should cost this much after you pay for your trailer and up keep. Everyone hates everyone out here i talk to 1 person they tell about the other then vise versa its crazy. The park needs alot of work done and constley raising rent is not the answer to fix everthing i would figure there is enough profit to make off everyone out here without bleeding is dry.
It has new owners and they just jacked the rent up by $125, in one fell swoop, after they demolished the swimming pool.Seniors that live here are struggling.
the people are nice I love living out there
This mobile home park is located in a beautiful area off of State route near Plain City Ohio. It's a quiet area with some beautiful terrain especially towards the back side of the park.
