Need new maintenance honestly shouldn’t be ran by people who live in the mobile park they are never at the office and never doing there jobs multiple other people have also complained about the same subject for years there is never no one at the office even during business hours

Lived here for 2 years all they have done is raise the prices never fix nothing and never are at the office im alwyas getting charged late fees even when I pay on time and others also before they start running there property different they need to fix stuff

I drove by and somehow it thinks I stopped. I drive by this place multiple times a day. They are trying hard to make this a good space. The only problem appears is not everyone is on board. It's not fair for me to give them a % rating but from looks alone 2 star up from 1 star

I haven't been through there in years, but it appeared to be pretty much run down. We were out looking at parks for my wife's cousin, and this park didn't pass the test. To be fair, this appears to be true, with the exception being Enchanted Acres on Parsons Ave. of most of the central Ohio parks
