Awful experience. Used a groupon for a car starter. They have hidden fees not mentioned in ANY of the groupon text, they also nickel and dime you to no end. Want a second remote? More money. Connect the starter remote with the locks? More money. Every other service I've been to has included these options in the purchase. They were untimely in their service as well. Great Groupon Deal - AWFUL AWFUL customer service skills & attitude. Called in the AM and was told 2.5 -3 hours to install an alarm/starter. Dropped car for appt at noon, called 45 minutes before 5pm closing (specifying car model/color & last name) & was told it'd be done in 15 minutes. Had my father-in-law pick me & my infant up to drop us off to get my car so we could leave right from there for the 4:30pm birthday party we were already late for. Very good installers, they know their stuff! They did a remote starter for me on my 06 Jaguar and is working perfectly. I will be back and so does all my friends.
