Driving through the south side of Edmonton tells you all you need to know about the quality of work these people do. Red light to red light to red light. Traffic just piles and congests the further you drive, you can actually watch the next light turn red before your light turns green. I think it’s safe to say traffic management is not their strong point

I saw the best, I get to Sobey's at 0835ish hours, there is a Can-Traffic vehicle (number on it 808). Vehicle running, guy in passsenger seat eyes closed sleeping, guy in driver's seat on phone. I come out of grocery stove 15 to 20 minutes later vehicle still running and both still in same place, one eyes closed, looked like sleeping other on phone. Climate change???? Why seating for that long with vehicle running. Wonder how long that went on......
