This contractor started our siding job and then vanished for over a week without any notice. When they finally returned, they rushed through the remaining work and missed several spots. We now have exposed wood and nails sticking out. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
We paid for premium siding, but it’s clear they used the cheapest materials possible. Within a few months, we noticed warping and discoloration. When we called to report the issue, they blamed us for “improper maintenance” even though the siding was brand new. Total scam.

Absolutely thrilled with Ivan’s service! I had an emergency where my downspout came loose from the eavestrough, and water was pouring directly into my basement. I called Ivan at 2 PM, and to my surprise, he was at my house by 4 PM the same day! Out of the six people I contacted, he gave me the best price—by far. We replaced our gutters , downspouts and also added gutter guards. Ivan was very prompt in communicating and explaining the details and also went above and beyond to get the job done on time and effectively. Very efficient and neat. Few months have gone and water flows properly and we are extremely happy Good prices If you need your gutters/ downspouts replaced you should check them out I initially posted in the George Town location Realized both are same
