I am writing to express my frustration with the significant delays and communication issues we experienced regarding our July order. We were initially told the order would take 60-90 days to arrive in the United States, implying a mid-October delivery at the latest. Unfortunately, this timeframe was not met, and our subsequent attempts to obtain updates via phone and email were met with repeated unfulfilled promises and, eventually, a lack of response.
