Crew keeps illegally blocking my driveway while working on a neighbor's line. I have NO access in or out of my property when these "geniuses" are here. Several days in a row. They move (slowly) when we ask and then block it again and again like they don't understand. They're either learning challenged with severe mental impairment or English is tripping them up.
